Bowling Green, KY Wedding Photographers
We met Tristan & Jacob in February 2020 at Spencer’s Coffee where we sipped our hot drinks and talked about their life, their relationship story, and their wedding plans. We walked away feeling SO excited to work with such an amazing couple for their September wedding, and then… well, we all know what happened in March of 2020.
Throughout the dreaded “unprecedented times,” Tristan & Jacob pivoted and reworked their entire gameplan for their wedding. If they were ever stressed about things, we couldn’t tell from where we stood because they handled it with so much grace. Both Tristan and I (Shelley) are enneagram ones, so I completely empathized with how stressful it was for all her plans to get thrown out the window. But damn, we worked so well together because I am a HUGE sucker for an organized timeline. 😉
Their wedding day ended up being PERFECT, and I’m not just saying that. Their whittled down guest list made for an intimate family wedding where they got to spend time with every single guest. The ceremony took place in a tiny greenhouse made of windows (StarryFields Farm is magical) and the evening ended with a chill afterparty at the eight16 House, an amazing new AirBnb/event space in downtown Bowling Green. Everything turned out wonderfully and we were grateful to have been the ones to document their wedding day, a huge milestone in their nearly decade-old relationship. Please enjoy some of our favorites from the story of their day!
