I truly think June 29th may have been the hottest day of the year, but this was the very best crew to brave the heat with! Spirits stayed high in spite of all the sweat, and this ended up being such a sweet, intentional, & meaningful day for Gracie & Gavin.
These two are incredibly easy-going, and I truly don’t think Gracie was worried for a single second on the wedding day. Instead of doing a first look, these two opted for a “first touch”, holding hands with each other back to back while reading letters from each other out loud. And don’t even get me started on Gracie and her dad Eric… these two had me in TEARS multiple times throughout the day, starting with their precious first look all the way up to Eric giving Gracie away at the end of the aisle. Although to be completely honest, I think it was Gracie & Gavin’s nieces, running around in their mismatched fairy dresses all day, who stole the show (you’ll see what I mean LOL)
We were all dripping sweat by the time the sun went down but it gave us the most beautiful lighting for sunset portraits in the garden – the part Gracie told us she was most excited for! We had too much fun with these two, and it’s ALWAYS a treat to shoot at Tayvin Gardens – best caterers in the whole damn world!
Please enjoy some of our favorite images from Gracie & Gavin’s big day!
