We’re pretty amazed at how much Carolyn + Abhishek managed to squeeze into one weekend… A rehearsal dinner, mehndi, TWO ceremonies, and one swingin’ reception. The goal was to merge both of their family’s cultures (Bengali Hindu and Catholic/Latino) into one beautiful Louisville celebration, honoring both traditions equally. Their vision was made possible by the always-amazing Angela Miller of Ivory Grace Event Planning, and we had way too much fun documenting it all.

This day was special and beautiful and hectic and crazy and honestly difficult to sum up in a few words. We’re really honored that we got to capture these memories, and hope the photos allow you to feel them too.

Before we were wedding photographers, we were just two kids in love. We met on Instagram and fell in love over FaceTime. A shared interest in roadkill portraiture is what brought us together (it’s a funny story), but what ultimately compelled us to take a chance on long-distance is the fact that we weren’t looking for surface-level.
