Madison & Grayson’s DOWNTOWN Nashville Engagement on Film | Documentary Film Photographers
Madison & Grayson’s Nashville engagement session, shot almost entirely on 35mm film, was one of our favorite sessions of the year. We couldn’t have asked for a more genuine couple to document, and we absolutely love that they both felt so drawn to our grittier, more documentary style of engagement portraits.
Their session took place in the heart of downtown Nashville. We wandered through the backstreets, sunlit alleys, and hidden corners that perfectly complemented their personalities. Shooting on film always remind us to slow down and truly notice what’s in front of us — especially the little interactions that might otherwise slip by.
Madison & Grayson were completely present throughout their session, which made our job feel effortless. We’re so grateful to have commemorated this chapter of their story in this iconic city that means to much to them. And we can’t wait to photograph their wedding this NYE at Scarritt Bennett!
