Lauren & Alex’s wedding day was not only one of the most effortlessly *stunning* celebrations ever (shoutout to the Ice House in Louisville, Kentucky for being one of the coolest rooftop venues of all time), but it was also just a beautiful celebration of all the things that mattered most to the couple — family, quality time with their friends, and of course, a giant dance party facilitated by the incredible Kudmani wedding band.

With both of them being front-line healthcare workers in Nashville, their wedding was long-awaited because it was a day for them to reunite with all of their Louisville family and friends for the first time in a long time. We loved being able to document every hug, happy tear, and sweet moment they had with their nearest and dearest.

I think one of my favorite moments of the day had to be when we piled the whole wedding party onto the party bus and drove to Louisville’s waterfront for some last-minute sunset photos… time was SO crunched but I knew how important it was to Alex that we got to take this time away from all the guests for them to just relax and soak in the “just married” feels. Well, it was so so so worth it because the sunset images we took with them were some of my favorites from the whole day! You’ll have to scroll to see them all. 😉
